The Ottavia is the stovetop pot our grandmothers used, made the way it was made then: one piece of cast aluminium for the boiler, a turned and polished upper half, and a thread between them you tighten by hand. Water goes in the bottom, ground coffee in the basket, and the hob does the rest.

Eight facets are not decoration. They give the pot something to be gripped by when it is hot, and they keep it from turning on a gas hob. The handle and the lid knob are moulded in a heat-resistant compound that stays cool enough to hold.

You keep your site, your CMS and your team, and one piece goes into one slot that already exists. It is the only 3D a head of e-commerce can decide on alone, out of money they already hold.

And it is not a video and not a spun sequence of photographs. The pot above is computed while you look at it: turn it with your finger or your mouse, and unscrew it into its two halves to see the basket, the seal and the perforated plate — the parts a photograph of a coffee pot can never show, and the ones a customer wonders about before they buy.

The engine is a separate chunk, requested only when the box comes near the screen — never part of the JavaScript your page loads to exist. On a machine that cannot render it, the request is never made at all: the check that decides is a few lines in the page’s own script.

With no WebGL, or under prefers-reduced-motion, the box keeps the still image and the page loses nothing — because that image is not a degraded state, it is the state your page already has. Measured across the engine’s arrival: your document’s own touch-action is still , your scroll position , and the module registered . Nothing else: no pointer, wheel, key or scroll handler anywhere but on its own canvas, and no rule of its own on any element it does not own.
